JC Atkinson on the podcast
Greg Cranfield of coffin manufacturer JC Atkinson has joined Malcolm Flanders on the latest Partnership Podcast.
Greg, a director at the SAIF associate, talked about how COVID-19 has hit all levels of the funeral supply chain. He described how stock levels and production were impacted at the beginning of the pandemic, and how the business adjusted.
He added: “Order what you require, have faith in your manufacturer. All the manufacturers are doing the best they can.
“Communicate with the manufacturers, work together, and we can get through this. Communication is key to getting it right.”
