The CMA recently gave the UK, Welsh and Northern Irish Governments 90 days to consider its recommendation to establish a registration and inspection regime for funeral directors.
Meanwhile in Scotland, there are already two Inspectors of Funeral Directors in post, giving an indication of how such a regime can work. So for the latest Partnership Podcast, Malcolm spoke to both inspectors to get a view of the work they have done so far, and its potential impact across the whole of the UK.
