Tina’s Tesco send-off
Shayne Stork Family Funeral Services in Norfolk paid a special tribute to a well-loved mum of two with a trip to Tesco.
By taking the cortege to the supermarket where Tina Page had worked for quarter of a century, it meant that the local community Tina had served down the years had a chance to be part of her service and hundreds gathered to pay their respects.
The cortege was driven to the supermarket so customers and staff alike could gather to express their thoughts and tributes before the funeral service and burial at St Mary and St Margaret’s church at Sprowston.
Eric Keeler, Manager of Tesco in Blue Boar Lane, Sprowston, said: “With great sadness we lost our very much-loved Tesco colleague Tina. A forever kind and caring person, Tina has been part of our store team for more than 25 years, giving support and kindness to many. Our thoughts and prayers are with Martin, Liam and Louis who were forever her motivation.”
