Superior UK ‘first choice’ for Alexanders fleet

Alexanders Funeral Care, based in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, recently took delivery of an immaculate used Mercedes Binz hearse and matching silver limousine from Superior UK Automotive Ltd.

Established in 2008, this family-run independent is owned by Managing Director Tony Alexander, who has worked in the profession for over 30 years. Tony’s funeral director son, David Alexander, and wife, Vicky, also work in the business.

Tony said: “Funerals are expensive; we want to provide value for money and do our best for families, and our fleet is an important part of our service.

“We were running a Mercedes E-Class fleet; however, they didn’t match; we knew we would always run Mercedes, and so we had our eye on Superior UK’s vehicles, waiting for the right time to upgrade.”

When Superior’s Greg Platt visited the firm’s Alexander House premises, Tony was delighted to be offered a perfect pair of used Binz vehicles – precisely what they had been waiting for. Before long, Greg delivered the cars in pristine condition, ready to serve the families of Grimsby and neighbouring Cleethorpes.

Tony added:” Our Binz vehicles are a significant upgrade on the vehicles we were running – they are incredibly well made and look fantastic together. We had been looking at the brochures dreaming, and now our family business finally has a fleet to be proud of – everyone has noticed the change and said well done on getting there.

“Greg was excellent, straight, honest and delivered on everything he said he would do – he is always welcome here. We plan to stick with Superior as we feel they provide good quality vehicles, good quality service and value for money – spot on!”
