FCA consultation on the podcast
The Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) six week consultation on its proposals for regulating the pre-paid market closes today, with responses welcome from plan providers, funeral directors, and any other stakeholders.
In the new Partnership Podcast, Malcolm speaks to a funeral director about the consultation. They discuss responding to the consultation, and what the future looks like according to the FCA’s proposals.
Julian Walker, of Reading’s A B Walker, is the proprietor of a 150 year old family funeral director, and a former SAIFCharter Chairman. He discusses his own perspective, and how different Independents’ structures will impact what regulation means for them.
